Cancellation, Faulty Goods and Returns

As per the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have up to 14 days after receiving the goods to change your mind and be offered a full refund, minus the cost of postage.

In this case you will need to:
– Advise us of your intention to cancel by email to orders@swilliamsart.co.uk within 14 days of placing the order.
– Provide a copy of the order confirmation email
We will confirm receipt of your request.

If the goods have already been despatched they will need to be returned. The return address will be provided in our confirmation email along with a returns reference.
You must then:
– Return the goods unused and in their original packaging within 14 days, quoting the returns reference on the package.

Goods Received Damaged / faulty

If the goods are received in a damaged condition then you must:
– Advise us of the damage by email to orders@swilliamsart.co.uk within 48 hours of receiving the order.
– Provide a copy of the order confirmation email
– Provide a digital image of the outer packaging (showing evidence of damage if applicable)
– Provide a digital image of the goods (showing evidence of damage and/or fault)
– Keep all products and packaging until resolution in case we require them to be returned to us or in case the delivery service provider requests inspection before a claim can be made.

We will confirm receipt of your email, assess the problem and reply to you by email. In the event of a bona fide complaint we will offer a replacement, refund or credit voucher code.
